We understand that travel plans can change. This refund policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting one.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:

You cancel your application before we begin processing (typically within 1 hour of submission)

We are unable to process your application due to a technical error on our part

You paid twice for the same application by mistake
Partial Refund
You may be eligible for a partial refund of our service fee (excluding government fees) if:

Your visa application is denied and you applied with our “Approval Guarantee” option (where available)

Processing times significantly exceed the estimated timeframe due to issues within our control
No Refund
Refunds are generally not available if:

Your application has already been submitted to the government authority

Your visa is denied due to inaccurate information you provided

Your visa is denied due to your ineligibility or immigration history

You change your travel plans after the visa is approved

You do not respond to requests for additional information within the required timeframe
Government Fees
Government visa fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the relevant authority. This is because these fees are paid directly to the government and are not under our control.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Include your application reference number

Provide the reason for your refund request

Include any supporting documentation
We will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence that services were rendered. We encourage you to contact our support team first so we can resolve any issues directly.
