    eVisaApplyOnline is a private visa assistance service that helps travelers apply for e-Visas, Electronic Travel Authorizations (ETA), Arrival Cards, and Visa on Arrival (VOA) documents. We are not affiliated with any government agency.


    Our service includes application form assistance, document review by visa experts, application submission, status tracking, and customer support. We charge a service fee in addition to any government visa fees.

    2. User Responsibilities


    By using our service, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application

    • Upload genuine documents that belong to you

    • Ensure your passport is valid for the required period

    • Review all application details before submission

    • Respond promptly to requests for additional information

    3. Visa Approval


    Important: While we strive to ensure your application is complete and accurate, the final decision on visa approval rests solely with the destination country’s immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee visa approval.


    Visa applications may be denied for reasons including but not limited to: incomplete information, ineligibility based on nationality, security concerns, or immigration history. Denial of a visa application does not entitle you to a refund of government fees or service fees, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

    4. Fees and Payment


    Our total fee includes the government visa fee and our service fee. All fees are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.


    Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

    5. Processing Times


    Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, application volume, and other factors. We recommend applying well in advance of your travel dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing times or circumstances beyond our control.

    6. Limitation of Liability


    To the maximum extent permitted by law, eVisaApplyOnline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to: missed flights, lost bookings, visa denials, or travel disruptions.

    7. Intellectual Property


    All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of eVisaApplyOnline and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

    8. Changes to Terms


    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
